Review of MBeautyLounge.com

 I don't know how many people have heard about MBeautyLounge.com but I stumbled across it a few months ago. I was somewhat weary of making a purchase just because I had never heard anyone talk about them before.
 Anyways, about a week ago I finally bit the bullet and checked out with my cart. I ordered about 14 polishes, so I was a bit afraid that I would not ever receive them and might have wasted my money. I have to say though there customer service was great and I couldn't be happier with my order. I was given a way to keep track of my order ever step of its way to me. Shipping was great, a week to me, which is awesome because most everything takes at least that, most of the time longer. Also, everything was packed nicely in bubble wrap and tissue paper and they even sent me a free bottle of Essie which was super nice! They did a great job making sure nothing was going to be damage, which is a miracle in itself. Every box I get sent to me here seems to be mangled as if werewolves have fought over it.
 All in all I was extremely pleased and I would definitely order from them again. I am actually looking at the Katy Perry collection, loving the two glitters and the black crackle!

    I just purchased for mbeautylounge.com on March 18th. It's now April 1st and still haven't recieved my order. I've emailed several times with no response. Tried to search for a toll free number to call but can't seem to find one. Do u have any info on this company so I can contact them? Thank you :)

  2. No, sorry, I do not have a number to call. I don't think there is one anywhere on the website that I remember. I think they have been having trouble getting all the packages out from the Katy Perry back order items. Has your account been charged already or did you receive a confirmation email of your order and how did you pay? They may just be so far behind and that is no excuse but I would try contacting them once more and if you don't get a reply in a few days go from there.

Olá, eu comprei ano passado e recebi este ano, me animei e comprei novamente...o produto saiu dia 24 de fevereiro e até agora NÃO CHEGOU e já passaram mais de 45 dias e o pior, logo após me enviarem esse eu fiz outro pedido pq estava aguardando cores que não estavam disponíveis...quando chegou fechei carrinho e comprei... Resultado não é possivel rastrear produtos com COD. LJ e acho que perdi dinheiro e produtos... Se alguém puder me ajudar...agradeço.

  4. I live in Canada and it took about 6 weeks from the date I ordered it (this past summer) to arrive at my door. I realize that Canadian customs might have held it up, but I did email them numerous times for information with not a single response. They randomly sent me a credit voucher before I'd received my order, and they never responded when I emailed them. When I finally received my package, it turned out that two of the four polishes I had ordered were out of stock - that's what the credit was for. They did send me a little free top coat, presumably to make up for it. I was pissed because those were the two polishes that I really wanted - I emailed them to ask why they hadn't just contacted me to let me know, or give me a refund instead of a credit, and of course, no response. I cannot stand companies who don't value their customer - a simple apology would have been fine! I am going to use up my voucher since it is my money anyway and after that I will not be purchasing from them again.

  5. I too was given a credit due to polish choice out of stock. I received the voucher, submitted an order with additional product which was promptly charged and then never received orders. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I would not order from this site. I am glad that I only ordered two bottles. I simply would not order again from a website without a phone number.

  7. MBeauty Lounge it is so unprofessional, it’s scam, they will take money for products you order and you will wait forever or you will never receive them as promised, there is no contact or real customer service. Please save yourself from this company.

  8. I live in Holland and have orderd about 4 times now with Mbeauty lounge. Only the last order took over a month, the rest I all received within the month. When I e-mailed them about the last order not arriving, I did get a really unprofessional anwser back. But in the end I did receive the polish. So will I order with them again, probably not. But I would not go so far as saying it is a bad company.

  9. I've ordered from them the beginning of February - still no sign of my parcel. I live in Belgium. I'm still hoping to receive it someday, but I woun't order from them again. Avoid!
